Welcome to NEW YORK, and to one of its five boroughs, BROOKLYN!
BUSHWICK is one of the fastest changing neighborhoods in Brooklyn. A village founded by the Dutch then occupied and urbanized in the 19th century by Italian immigrants, it has long been an industrial district, famous for its beer factories.
Today it is both occupied by the Hispanic community and increasingly popular with artists and hipsters. It is especially the large street art murals that attract amateurs today. But this district has other nice surprises in store.
MAISON CORNELIA is a typical Brooklyn townhouse, more than a century old, located in a charming little tree-lined street with its string of traditional facades.
These houses are called “Two Family” and are built on three levels, all in length, with large room without window. The “frontyard” and the “backyard” provide exterior access. We offer accommodation on the ground floor, in a semi-basement.
Legality Airbnb / short term rental
Today the NYC authorizes short-term rentals in houses with less than 3 apartments or if the owner lives on site. We meet both conditions.
